The World

Everything northeast of the Grass Plains of Terris is commonly referred to as the March. But one name fails to truly describe the varying geography and terrain that this continent has to offer. Below we will explore some of the landscapes, regions, and cities that make the March a unique setting for the world of Reckoning.

Some things to note:

  • Sea travel in this world is extremely difficult. Smaller ships can travel close to shore and on large rivers, but monstrous creatures and thrashing waves inhabit the oceans. Because of this, coastal cities are not common and sailing technology is not very advanced.

  • The large-scale map notes regions and large cities, but the continent is dotted with other local landmarks, unique locations, and ruins from civilizations lost to time. Some still remain undiscovered or unmapped.
